Linzi Kemp - Meditation Practioner
Im Linzi.
I began a meditation practice in 2010, and quickly became passionate and in search of deeper experiences of stillness and peace.
This search took me to Spain where in 2012 I spent 6 months training with Monks in the Mountains of Catalunia.
After several years of teaching as part of their traditional, I now guide groups independently. I no longer teach any specific phylosophy or techniques.
Our group is a mini retreat space. Where I guide relaxations and meditations on themes such as present moment awareness, self compassion, appreciation & heart connection.
After our meditation we enjoy connecting with each other over a cup of herbal tea, within the peaceful energy that we create together through our practice.
The group is suitable for all levels of experience, and I encourage beginners, those who have previously struggled with meditation, and those who have difficulty quieting thier mind to come and give it a go!

Sian Coleman- Functional & Accessible Movement Practioner
After being inspired into a yoga practice at the age of 21, I spent the following years travelling around the world attending various yoga trainings and returning to the island to share what I had learnt, between trips.
After 11 years + of teaching my style of practice has evolved greatly and what I find most interesting and most valuable to share with others, is the practice of functional & accessible movement, combined with rejuvenating and nourishing practices that help create a sustainable practice, that is helpful now and forever.
My classes will offer you the space and time to rest inward, whilst simultaneously encouraging challenge, coordination and a deeper connection and conversation with yourself and the body you inhabit.
I don't believe your practice should be a performance, rather a safe space to recognise, acknowledge and action your own personal needs.
Props are regularly used throughout my classes to offer comfort and support and often, to inspire a fresh approach to your practice.
All classes are inclusive, with each and every person deeply welcomed.
If you would like to know more, please don't hesitate to reach out via any contact channel- I would love to welcome you and encourage you.
