Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours of your treatment or do not show up to an appointment you will be charged for the full amount of the treatment(s) price. Before any future bookings can be made, the cancellation/no show charge must be paid in full. Depending On appointment length, some clients may be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee, which will be taken off the treatment price on the day of appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy.
